A simple vest top is a useful item of clothing for a glamour, boudoir or portrait photoshoot. You can pair it with jeans or shorts for a casual look, or with underwear. I usually ask a model to bring one or two vests with her to a shoot.

You can make a loose vest more figure-hugging by using bulldog clips to gather the material together at the back. I always carry bulldog clips in my camera bag for such a purpose. See my earlier blog post on the subject here.
